Domestic ATW Heat Pump

Heat Pump Systems

Advantage Series by

How It Works

The Advantage system is designed to provide consistent and even temperatures throughout the conditioned spaces. It includes a refrigerant-heated condensate pan, temperature sensors, pressure transducers, inverter-driven technology, a variable-speed compressor, and electric backup and auxiliary heat. These components work together to ensure maximum comfort, regardless of outdoor conditions. Additionally, all refrigerant lines are contained within the outdoor unit, avoiding the need for indoor refrigerant lines common with most air-source heat pumps. The Advantage operates without fossil fuels, eliminating the risk of combustion or harmful fuel leaks. However, for areas where an all-electric setup isn’t practical, Enertech offers an option for a backup boiler or furnace, which is beneficial in regions with special dual-fuel utility rates.

What It Costs

This system’s use of water for heat transfer makes it more efficient than a typical air-to-air system. It features an ECM fan, inverter-driven technology, a variable-speed compressor, and a variable-speed internal circulating pump, all of which contribute to energy-efficient and cost-effective operation. These components help owners reduce energy consumption and save money on heating, cooling, and hot water expenses. The system’s design includes a Monobloc configuration, a large LCD control screen, a pre-installed internal expansion tank, internal flush blocks, an internal bypass valve, and a Vortex Flow Sensor. These features are designed to save installers and service technicians time during installation, maintenance, and service calls, resulting in lower installation and labor costs compared to traditional air-source systems.
