Indoor Air Quality

Other Systems

Indoor Air Quality, or IAQ, is an especially important component of HVAC systems. Most HVAC systems come with an air filtration system, however it’s not the system’s primary focus. Pellergy recommends upgrading or adding on to the air filtration system to help with the IAQ of your home or building. Filtration and ventilation are important and beneficial for many different reasons, in both the residential and commercial sectors. One of the most rewarding outcomes of air filtration include decreased air pollutants, such as pollen, dust, dirt, and even certain viruses and bacteria. Additional filtration and ventilation also help protect the HVAC system’s equipment, as pollutants can infiltrate the equipment and cause the system to work harder and therefore expend more energy.

Pellergy partners with three different air filtration systems, each with different attributes. Our Certified Installers can offer a recommendation, or click below to learn more about each type.

Reviveaire’s Aireshield module uses a plasmic-based disinfection system to clean and revitalize the air coming into your home or building.
